1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lenny's Mentorship Program, the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to users with an active paid subscription to Lenny's Newsletter that grants access to the mentorship program, or those granted complimentary access. Your participation may be contingent on maintaining active access throughout the program duration.

3. Program Participation

3.1 Commitment

By applying to the program, you commit to:

Attending all scheduled sessions with your mentor or mentee
Providing at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling
Completing feedback forms after each session
Maintaining professional and respectful communication

3.2 Session Requirements

Each mentorship pairing is expected to complete 3 sessions over the program period. Failure to complete sessions without valid reason may affect future program eligibility.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality of discussions unless otherwise agreed
Not use the platform for recruiting, sales, or solicitation
Report any concerns or violations to program administrators

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials shared during mentorship sessions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use shared materials without explicit permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from mentorship relationships established through the program.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
